Bax is not an emergency, diagnostic, prescribing, or medical service. Bax helps families organize and understand information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed medical professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern, industry-standard protection. Connections to Bax use HTTPS.
Access controls
You control who joins your Care Circle and what each member can see and do — full access, view-only access, or limited caregiver permissions. Access is scoped so members only see what you allow.
Privacy by design
We don't sell your data, and we don't use private family data to train public AI models. Answers from Ask Bax stay inside your private Care Circle.
