Bax helps families organize medications, appointments, insurance, documents, health updates, and care teams in one place. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for how you use the service within your Care Circle.

Bax is an organizational and informational tool. It is not an emergency, diagnostic, prescribing, or medical service, and it does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Bax.

Bax is currently in private beta. Early access is free while we're in beta. Features may change, and we'll share pricing with members well before anything changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the permissions you grant to members of your Care Circle. Only invite people you trust with your family's information.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use Bax for any unlawful purpose.

Bax is provided “as is” during private beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for decisions made based on information organized in Bax. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
